Terms of Use

The rules for using this site and the Academy.

Last updated October 20, 2026

  1. 01

    Using the site

By creating an account, you agree to these terms and to the Academy rules.

Give true details when you sign up. Keep your password safe. You are responsible for what happens on your account.

  2. 02

    Learning only

Zignals Academy teaches financial literacy. It is for learning only and is not financial advice. You are responsible for your own trading decisions.

  3. 03

    Slots and payments

Batch 1 slots are first come, first serve. A reserved slot is held for a limited time while you pay.

Only pay to the accounts shown in your dashboard after you reserve. Zignals staff will never DM you payment details.

Payments are non-refundable once confirmed. If the Academy cancels or postpones Batch 1, you can choose a refund or move to the next batch.

  4. 04

    Class content

Notes, recordings, and lessons are for your own use. Do not share, sell, or post them elsewhere. Do not share your account.

  5. 05

    Removal

Spam, scams, harassment, sharing paid content, or breaking the Discord server rules can mean removal from the Academy without a refund.

  6. 06

    Changes

We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top and announce big changes in the Zignals Discord.
